Good morning, dear professors.
It is my great honor to be here for this interview. My name is Xu Tianfeng, I am twenty-three years old, and I come from Linyi City, Shandong Province. I graduated from Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics as a Computer Science and Technology major.
During my undergraduate study, I passed all the exams through hard work and achieved good results. Beyond the classroom, I was deeply involved in competitive programming and served as the Captain of our College’s ACM Training Team. In this role, I was responsible for organizing training sessions and maintaining our team’s Online Judge system. My passion for algorithms led to several achievements, including the National Second Prize in the Blue Bridge Cup and Bronze Medals in both the CCPC and GPLT. These experiences not only sharpened my coding skills but also developed my ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
I’m a hard-working and persistent boy. In the past one-year, I have been preparing for the postgraduate examination. In this course of studying, On the one hand, I gain knowledge in some fields. On the other hand, I accumulated enough study ability and willpower for further development in this excellent school.
Finally, I will appreciate it very much if you could give me the chance to further my study here, I will further improve myself and maintain my passion for computers, and continue to deepen my learning.
